How much does it cost to renovate a kitchen?
There’s no single honest number for a kitchen renovation — a surface refresh and a structural rebuild are different jobs entirely. We give a fixed-price quote for your exact scope before work starts, based on three scopes: a refresh, a full rebuild, or an open-plan structural job.
Do you build custom cabinets, or just refresh what’s there?
Both. To reface an existing kitchen, we renovate the doors, drawers and stone tops in the current layout; for a full rebuild we start again — built for your space rather than flat-packed to fit.
Can you open the room up to the living area?
Often, yes — we handle the demolition, wall removal, structural beam and certification, then rebuild to suit the open-plan layout, often around a kitchen island.
Can I arrange a design consultation before I commit?
Yes — book a free design consultation and our kitchen designer will visit your Sydney home, talk through how you cook, and quote a fixed price before you commit.
Will a compact kitchen reno disrupt the whole house?
Less than you’d fear. A small kitchen still needs the same trades, but cabinets are built off-site while we prep, keeping disruption on site to a minimum. We stage the work, protect the areas we’re not touching, and leave the site tidy every evening.
Can you do a kitchen and bathroom together?
Yes — as your renovator we take on a kitchen or bathroom on its own, or both as one job with the same team and fixed price, whether you want a refresh or a full rebuild.
Are you licensed and insured, and what warranty do I get?
Yes — we’re fully licensed and insured, with public liability cover and Home Building Compensation, guaranteed in writing. Our licence and credentials are available for you to check before work begins.
